“Our services range from advising and overseeing particular maintenance inputs to pre-purchase inspections and seeking the right pre-owned machine on behalf of the customer. Generally, customers have an idea of what they want, or they might come with a trusted designer,” he says. “Altea’s specialism is really developing the seed of an idea into manufacturable hardware.”
