ANDREW BUTLER
With nearly 25 years of business aircraft experience ranging from aircraft inspections and appraisals through to their acquisition and sale, Andrew is primarily focused on the asset management areas of ALTEA’s partnership expertise, including aircraft delivery oversight, aircraft acquisitions and sales. ALTEA’s comprehensive client portfolio of banks and financial institutions, Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and Heads of State, rely on his depth of technical knowledge which instils confidence and nurtures complete peace of mind.
With a career originating at Airbus and Bureau Veritas, Jean brings considerable experience in aviation asset management projects. This includes aircraft appraisals, registration transfers, operator assessments, aircraft sales and acquisitions. Multidisciplinary, with a special focus on business aircraft, he is dedicated to finding the optimum solution to fulfil each customer’s individual requirements. His methodical approach and rigorous attention to every aspect and detail, delivers an incisive edge to the ALTEA partnership.
The most recent Partner to join the team, Michael brings 26 years of experience in aviation as a licensed flight engineer and is recognised as a business jet specialist. With a focus on customer support, he offers comprehensive technical and operational proficiency in both fixed-wing and rotary aircraft. His expertise instils confidence in the airworthiness of your aircraft. As an experienced Aviation Consultant specialising in VIP/Corporate Aviation, Michael provides global consulting services for private business aircraft as well as helicopter operations.
Starting with Groupe Paribas and subsequently engaged by Embraer and Airstream International Group, Angus was instrumental in the latter’s transformation into a leading regional aircraft remarketer. Later he was also one of the group that founded the regional aircraft lessor, TrueNoord in 2016. Specialising in regional aircraft finance, remarketing and economics for the ALTEA partnership, Angus has successfully managed numerous transactions across a wide variety of aircraft types and is a respected member of the global aviation finance community. He enables customers to make informed decisions on fleet planning, aircraft finance, procurement and disposal issues.
An industrial design engineer, with a passion for aviation that spans more than two decades, Robin heads up ALTEA’s dedicated design consultancy services working on some of the most sophisticated, technically challenging, and creative aircraft interiors within the industry. Long-term relationships founded on trust allow complex and sophisticated projects to be placed securely in his hands where his creative perspective delivers innovation and dynamism for exacting customers.
