Altea founded by Andrew Butler, Robin Dunlop and Jean Sémiramoth, three highly experienced executive aviation professionals, is a unique platform dedicated to deliver bespoke aircraft to VIP customers, from mission profile to entry into service.
Over the past ten years, having secured exclusive mandates for the acquisition, interior design, outfitting and sale of aircraft, notably for Governments, Heads of State and large corporations, the team has enjoyed spectacular success in the business jet arena, from light business jets to narrow body and wide body VIP aircraft.
This tremendous experience enables Altea to embrace all aspects of the selection, acquisition and customisation of VIP aircraft, from financial and legal to technical and regulatory questions, and ultimately to make such projects a smooth experience: “deliver on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of its customers” forms the DNA of Altea.
Andrew has nearly 20 years of business aircraft experience ranging from aircraft inspections and appraisals through to their acquisition and sale. Starting his own company in 2002, Andrew decided to concentrate growing the company's asset management areas of expertise, to include aircraft delivery oversight, together with aircraft acquisition and sale. He has built a comprehensive client portfolio which includes: banks and financial institutions, Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and Heads of State, who rely on his wealth and depth of technical knowledge.

Andrew provides accurate, unrivalled market intelligence to the ALTEA partnership giving clients confidence and peace of mind.

Robin is trained as an industrial design engineer, with a connection and passion for aviation that stretches over 24 years. In 2004 he set up ctm design a dedicated design consultancy for aviation, working on the interior and architectural design of some of the most sophisticated, technically challenging and creative aircraft interiors within the industry.

Robin’s breadth of skills allow him to client face, present and develop relationships that build confidence and trust to allow such complex and sophisticated projects to be put in his hands.

Robin’s creative perspective delivers innovation where you need it, giving the ALTEA partnership an exclusive dynamic.

Jean started his career at Airbus, before spending over 15 years with Bureau Veritas and Altaïr Aero Projects. Through several management positions, he gained a tremendous experience in aviation asset management projects, including aircraft appraisals, registration transfers, operator assessments, aircraft sales and acquisitions to name a few.

Since 2008, Jean has focused on business aviation. Multidisciplinary, he is dedicated to finding the optimum solution to fulfil each customer’s individual requirements and has set up new standards in managing aircraft acquisitions.

Jean’s methodical approach and meticulous attention to every aspect and detail, delivers an incisive edge to the ALTEA partnership.
